All purchases are considered final sale. Due to the custom-made nature of our Roof Top Tents and direct fulfillment from our manufacturer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a remedy (such as a replacement, repair, or refund) if:

  • The product is faulty or defective
  • The product is significantly different from its description
  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose
  • You receive the wrong item

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at:

To assess your claim, we may request:

  • Photos or videos of the issue
  • Proof of purchase

Resolutions

If your claim is approved, we will provide a remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law, which may include:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Refund (where required by law)

We do not offer refunds or replacements for issues caused by:

  • Misuse or improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Change of mind

Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect purchases.

If a return is required as part of an approved claim, we will provide instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
