HOW TO PROPERLY MOUNT YOUR ROOF TOP TENT

Preparation & Gathering Your Tools: 

Before you begin, ensure you have all the necessary tools and a partner to assist with the installation. Proper mounting requires precise alignment, so having a second pair of hands will make the process smoother and more secure.

Installing the Mounting Hardware: 

Start by positioning your Sullivan Adventures Co Roof Top Tent on the vehicle's roof rails. Begin by inserting the bolts into the side plates and sliding them into the mounting channel. At this stage, avoid tightening the bolts fully to allow for adjustments later. With the bolts loosely in place, proceed to the next step.

Carefully align and attach the mounting plates underneath the bolts. Secure these plates using the provided nylock nuts. Now, you can start tightening everything up. Ensure that no part of the tent is loose or wobbly once the bolts are fully secured. A thorough double-check is essential to confirm that everything is correctly positioned and tightly fastened, ready for your off-road journey.

To get the best experience from your Sullivan Adventures Co Roof Top Tent, always set up on stable, level ground. Parking on uneven terrain can make for an uncomfortable night’s sleep.
